Our Mission: The Inayatiyya Australia’s mission is to tend and keep burning the light which enables Hazrat Inayat Khan’s message of love, harmony and beauty to spread far and wide within Australia; cultivating an ever-deepening understanding and realisation of our spiritual and cultural diversity and interdependence with all of nature.
Ways we achieve our mission:
- Members cultivate their own art of personality as role models of love, harmony, and beauty and are encouraged to participate in events and activities
- Classes are held (online and in-person) to study the teachings and practices of Hazrat Inayat Khan and his successors: Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan and Pir Zia Inayat Khan
- Workshops, seminars, retreats and other gatherings are offered from time to time
- Information is provided for members and friends via newsletter and Facebook
- Inquiries are responded to quickly and new members welcomed
- The leaders of the Seven Activities oversee organisational matters.
